$150 per year, no charge the first year for new site designs.
This can be spread thru out the year with monthly changes or at
the end of the season to change over site for the new year. If I
feel that I am doing more than I expected I will contact you in
advance. I only have two customers that use more than the $150 worth
of changes per year, so there is a good chance that this will cover
your needs.

This includes your initial graphic template, including logo adaption
for web or new design and link design.
Template is for each of the pages on your site.
Per Page
Design
$50
Each page includes compression of photographs, page organization,
links, and text.
